Joseph Arnold is a PhD student in Business Administration with a concentration in Information Systems at Kennesaw State University. His research examines the organizational implications of artificial intelligence, with a focus on agentic AI, job insecurity, and knowledge hiding behaviors in knowledge work.

His work explores how increasingly autonomous AI systems simultaneously enhance productivity while reshaping employee perceptions of job security and influencing knowledge-sharing decisions. Drawing on perspectives from information systems and organizational behavior, his research aims to better understand the unintended behavioral consequences of AI adoption in organizations.

Prior to his doctoral studies, Joseph accumulated over 30 years of experience in the technology industry, including senior roles in global IT and network engineering. His professional background informs his research by grounding theoretical inquiry in real-world organizational contexts, particularly in large-scale, AI-enabled environments.
